clitest software package provides performs automatic testing in command lines, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install clitest
clitest is installed in your system.
Make ensure the clitest package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep clitest *
You will get with clitest package name, version, architecture and description in a table
